Alder is our most recent addition into our series of camps located on the Damdochax and upper Nass watersheds. Originally built in 2006, it was overhauled in the summer of 2010 to include a 16 x 22 cabin, two new 12 x 18 x 10 guest tents (that include a 4' porch and casual seating area), a woodshed and other outbuildings that added to the existing 16 x 20 cabin and staff tents.
Situated at the confluence of the Damdochax and upper Nass rivers, we enjoy over 10 miles of prime fly water with limited angling pressure right from our doorstep. A unique location and exceptional service with other activities available in combination with fishing. Previously fished only via helicopter and raft, 2011 brings the addition of a jetboat to further faciliate in our full time angling program on the upper Nass river.
Access to the Upper Nass Lodge is by helicopter only. This area offers exceptional angling opportunities and some of the most reliable fishing and water conditions anywhere in British Columbia. Guests will fish the Nass and/or Damdochax River based on weather and conditions.

This is the last truly unspoiled steelhead fishery in the world.
